How I Found Radical Remission

 

In 2017, a friend of mine had to pursue alternative cancer treatments after her conventional doctors left her with little hope. To support her on this expensive journey, along with a group of friends, I co-founded a nonprofit supporting late-stage cancer patients seeking integrative treatments.

Within 6 months of beginning her alternative treatment, my friend's diagnosis went from terminal to no evidence of disease. What seemed like a miracle, I would later learn, was not as rare as I thought.

     As the years passed, our team has often been honored by meeting people with inspirational stories of strength and healing. And it was at one of our events, where I was introduced to the book Radical Remission: Surviving Cancer Against All Odds, that things would drastically change. The table of contents listed lifestyle changes, referred to as "healing factors," and as I read through each one, I was hooked! It was the roadmap I'd been looking for to answer a burning question, "What can we all do to take control of our own health and aid our healing?"             

I learned of a Radical Remission workshop that partnered with the book. I registered to take the workshop and, shortly after, I trained with the author, Dr. Kelly Turner, and her team. I was certified as both a Radical Remission Workshop Instructor and a Radical Remission Health Coach.  

Today, I work with those on a cancer journey or seeking to heal from chronic or emotional illness. These healing factors are not a promise of a cure but, instead, a proven way to boost the immune system to pair with whatever medical path you chose. 

Who Is It For?

Those who wish to help prevent or overcome cancer or another health challenge, as well as those who support friends or family with a health challenge are welcome. Health-care professionals will also learn valuable tools they can share with their patients.

Heal with Radical Remission

Over a decade ago, The Radical Remission Project began studying over 1500 spontaneous remission cancer patients that healed without the aid of conventional medicine or after they had exhausted all conventional medicine had to offer. Through personal interviews with survivors and their healers, the research showed that their healing wasn’t spontaneous at all and they were renamed, Radical Remission Survivors. Across all of the cases, the research surfaced that the survivors implemented over 75 different “healing factors”.

But there were 10 factors that they ALL embraced as part of their healing. 

These healing factors are published in the Radical Remission book series detailing the science and the personal survivor stories behind the research. 

They are now taught in workshops around the world, under study by Harvard and embraced by those with all stages of cancer, ALS, MS, depression, anxiety, countless autoimmune conditions, and more. 

As the workshops grew in number, there was an additional need to help implement these healing factors more deeply, and the health coaching program was established. Now, certified by Radical Remission, Liz is a Holistic Cancer Health Coach, working one-on-one and in small groups to integrate the factors for anyone, with any diagnosis, at any stage, regardless of treatment type.
